On their first day of driving in Mongolia, the travelers wake up next to the Sukhbaatar city entrance monument. They proceed to explore a natural salt lake (Tsagaan Nuur) but their campervan gets heavily stuck in the mud beneath the salt crust. With the help of friendly local Mongolian horse-salt harvesters, they eventually free the vehicle and continue driving towards Darkhan.
