Mark welcomes his sailing mentor from Korea at the harbor in Sakskøbing, Denmark, and shows him his newly acquired yacht 'Carmen'. After his guests depart, Mark continues working on the extensive restoration of Carmen's deck and interior fiberglass ceiling, shares a traditional Danish dinner of Smørrebrød on a friend's boat, and installs deck hardware to make the boat watertight.
